KMCFM-001 Construction Materials and Ancillary Products DPS

Supply of electrical materials & products, sub-categories (1a) Stocked and (1b) Direct. 1(a) Stocked - Supply of a diverse range of electrical goods to the stocked depots, including but not strictly limited to: sockets, LED panels, strips, extractor fans, earthing and enclosures, circuit protection, circuit isolation, insulation tape, MCBs, RCBOs, RCDS, fuses, junction boxes, meter boxes, grommets, internal and external lighting, electrical cabling products, leads, twin and earth cable, heat resistant cable and earth cables. 1(b) Direct - Electrical products not stocked, from merchant to be determined as required, delivered to specified location or collected from merchant.

Heating products including, but not strictly limited to: commercial and domestic combi, system and open vented boilers, radiators, valves, space heaters, controls, filters, underfloor heating, central heating equipment, gas heating appliances, heat pumps, boiler parts, including but not strictly limited to: boiler spares, thermostatic mixing valves, room thermostats, filling loops, appliance spares and associated products.

Detectors, alarms and sensors, including but not strictly limited to: heat detectors, smoke alarms and detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, materials used within commercial and domestic property to both prevent and protect against fire.

12(a) Stocked - Timber materials and products coming into the stocked depots, including but not strictly limited to: Timber products, miscellaneous construction materials in wood, medium density fibreboard (MDF), plywood, densified wood. 12(b) Direct - Timber products not stocked, from merchant to be determined as required, delivered to specified location(s) or collected from merchant, including but not strictly limited to fencing, Purpose Made Joinery Products, trusses and wooden posts.

Tools and equipment, including but not strictly limited to: drill bits, abrasive products, trowels, shovels, pumps, compressors, buckets and sweeping brushes.

Fixings, including but not strictly limited to: screws, bolts, nuts, nails and specialist fixings.

15(a) Stocked - Supply of paint materials, products and associated accessories to the stocked depots, including but not strictly limited to paint for use internally, thinners, brushes, rollers, filler, sand paper and paint trays. 15(b) Direct - Non-stocked paint from merchant to be determined as required, delivered to specified location(s) or collected from merchant.

Sealants and Adhesives materials and products, including but not strictly limited to: bathroom sealants, general purpose sealant, super glue and grab adhesive.

Windows, including but not strictly limited to PVCu framed windows, timber framed windows, aluminium framed windows and associated items.

Doors, including but not strictly limited to: internal doors, ply flush doors, six panel doors, communal doors, composite external doors.

Plastic based materials and products coming into the stocked depots, including but not strictly limited to: window reveal liner, trims and miscellaneous plastic materials.

Supply of plumbing materials & products, sub-categories (2a) Stocked and (2b) Direct. (2a) Stocked - Plumbing materials and products coming into the stocked depots, including but not strictly limited to: copper tube and fittings, pipe insulation, flues, sanitary ware, taps, waste, traps, pan connectors, soil and overflow piping, rainwater goods and tanks. (2b) Direct - Plumbing materials and products not stocked, from merchant to be determined as required, delivered to specified location or collected from merchant.

Supply of horticultural related materials including but not strictly limited to: whips in a variety of sizes and species, turf, top soil, shrubs, tree guards and stakes.

Supplies of concrete, mortar and both wet and dry aggregates including but not strictly limited to: sand-gravel mix, gravel, sand, crushed stone, aggregates, granules, chippings, stone powder, pebbles, gravel, broken and crushed stone, stone mixtures and plasters.

Solar thermal panels, Solar PV, heat ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, smart apparatus for commercial and domestic settings and additional renewable technology.

Supply and distribution of cleaning chemicals, detergents and materials.

Roofing materials and products including, but not strictly limited to tiles, slates, underfelt, flat roof felt, battens, liquid asphalts and hanging tiles, fascia, soffits, cladding, lead, guttering, chimney pots, corrugated roofing sheets, flashing, roof ventilation and breathable membrane.

Materials and products for necessary adaptations including, but not strictly limited to lifts/ceiling lifts/hoists, bathroom installations and adaptations, handrails/ grabrails, induction loops and stairlifts.

5(a) Stocked - Bathroom and kitchen stocked materials and accessories including but not strictly limited to shower products, showers, shower trays, panels, bathroom suites, toilets, sinks, kitchen cabinets, worktops, splash backs, fixtures and fittings. 5(b) Direct - Bathroom and/or Kitchen products to fit into properties, includes but is not strictly limited to the supply of sink tops, shower trays, toilet sets, baths, basins, cupboards, worktops, splash backs and other bathroom and kitchen fittings, items to be determined as required, delivered to specified location(s) or collected from merchant.

Supply of glass direct to location(s) specified or collection from merchant, including but not strictly limited to: Glass sheets, Glass cut to size, Double Glazing Units, Mirrors.

7(a) Stocked - General building materials and products to the stocked depots, including but not strictly limited to: roof insulation, building materials, building fittings, piping and products related to construction and housing maintenance/repair. 7(b) Direct - General building merchant materials and products predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance, delivered to specified locations or collected from merchant.

8(a) Stocked - Materials and products coming into the stocked depots, including but not strictly limited to: Door locks, keys, hinges, miscellaneous padlocks, chains, clasps, lock parts, keys, mountings and fittings. 8(b) Direct - Materials and products not stocked, from merchant to be determined as required, delivered to specified location or collected from merchant.

Tiling materials and products coming into the stocked depots, delivered to specified locations or collected from merchant, including but not strictly limited to: bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, both floor and wall tiles, tile adhesives, grout, ceramics and accessories.
