Published requirement descriptionCirencester Town Council invites proposals for the design and construction of a new playground for children under 7 years of age, located at Kingshill, Cirencester.

As part of a wider Town strategy, Kingshill is earmarked for further development and the enhancement of amenity and play spaces, as and when funding becomes available.

Lot awarding rule: Cirencester Town Council has set weighted scoring criteria based on Project Design (50%), Environmental Considerations (30%), Timeline and Delivery (10%) and Presentation and Pricing Clarity (10%). These will be evaluated based on a scoring matrix (clearly laid out in the Tender document). The top 3 options will be presented to the Council's Land and Property Committee, who will vote on the final option, as recommended by Council Officers.
