What is being bought
ServiceNow underpins the GM One Network by providing a single pane of glass Service Management interface to the GM1N partners regardless of the underlying technology. GMCA contracted with ATOS (formally Engage ESM) to develop the GM1N Portal, provide the appropriate ServiceNow licences and provide a support services to deal with any issues.
