Published requirement descriptionThe CAA is seeking a Contractor to design and deliver a leadership development programme for its senior executive leaders.
The programme will be tailored to specific operating conditions, align with CAA values and its Living Leadership Competencies, with the aim to equip senior leaders with the skills to lead with impact and maintain the CAA's reputation as a benchmark quality regulator, whilst operating within changing political & economic landscapes.
