OS is awarding the contract to the Supplier for the provision of event management services, delivering end-to-end support across a range of corporate, stakeholder and promotional events. The contract is being awarded following a further competition under the GCA Media and Creative Services, RM6364 framework agreement. The scope of the contract includes the planning, management and delivery of in-person, hybrid and virtual events, including project management, delegate management, logistics, creative and production support, on-site event delivery and post-event reporting.

The supplier will provide a professional, responsive and scalable service capable of supporting events of varying size, complexity and frequency, while demonstrating value for money and consistent service quality. The supplier will work collaboratively with OS and ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and policy requirements, including health and safety, accessibility, data protection and sustainability obligations.

The contract will be for three years with the option to extend for a further year (3+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be four years. The anticipated start date of the contract is 16th November 2026.

The estimated total contract value, including any possible extension period, is £500,000. OS does not guarantee the estimated value of this contract. The exact spend on this contract will be dependent on OS requirements during the delivery of the contract. The above value is provided as an indication, and the final value of the contract will be subject to the delivery of the contract in accordance with the final signed contract for this service.
