      "features": "The London Borough of Camden (referred to as \"LB Camden\") will be running this procurement process using a competitive flexible procedure in line with the Procurement Act 2023 Regulations (\"the Regulations\") and further detailed in this Request of Quotation (RFQ). \nThis procurement will be conducted using a two-stage evaluation process.\nStage 1: Qualification Criteria (Pass/Fail)\nSuppliers will be required to respond to the technical questions set out in this RFQ. Each question will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis.\nSuppliers must achieve a pass score for all qualification questions. Failure to achieve a pass score for any qualification question will result in the supplier being excluded from the procurement process and their submission will not proceed to Stage 2.\nNote. In Stage 1, suppliers are asked to submit their responses to the qualification criteria.
