The current area of the existing infant play park is circa 320m2 and the area of the junior play park is circa 525m2. It is proposed that the new infant play park is relocated to sit adjacent to the junior play park. The works will be undertaken as Permitted Development, due to this the design must not exceed 4 meters in height or 200 cubic meters in capacity. The Contractor is to ensure that all work is in accordance with the Drawings and Documents (and such further drawings and documents as the project dictates and as shall from time to time during the contract become necessary) so that on completion the development can be used for its intended use(s). The Contractor is to ensure that the development is completed by the Completion Date indicated in the Letter of Acceptance and is presented in a good and clean condition.
