The entire service will be outcomes-based, and KPIs have been set accordingly.\nProvider(s) will ensure that services are organised around children and families and their\ncommunities, delivered in the most appropriate environment, and that needs are met by as\nfew professionals as possible. Provider(s) will ensure that therapeutic interventions,\ninformation, advice and support are easily accessible at the earliest opportunity and that\nfamilies and carers will have an opportunity to participate in the feedback and improvement\nof the service.\nThe Balanced System® requires whole system collaboration around the needs of children\nand young people in order to deliver improved outcomes for children and young people with\nSLCN, occupation-based or physical needs; therefore, Provider(s) must ensure that the\nappropriate skills transfer takes place across the wider workforce .
