Pagabo have been engaged by Clerk Capel Parish Council to support with the procurement of a Contractor to refurbish the Capel village hall, with a loan of £1.5 million, inclusive of professional fees.

The decision was made in April 2026 to undertake an Expression of Interest via the National Framework Agreement for Medium Works 2023.

The construction budget for the project is in the region of £1.5m.

The further competition process was carried out by Pagabo Group and concluded with the award of a Pre-Constructions Services Agreement
