The Authority may extend the contract for up to 12 months to provide event production services for the subsequent Black on the Square event. Any extension will be subject to satisfactory supplier performance, continued funding availability, and the Authority's operational requirements. The decision to exercise the extension is at the sole discretion of the Authority.
Options
The contract is awarded for the delivery of the Black on the Square 2026 event. The Authority reserves the option to extend the contract for one additional year to deliver the 2027 Black on the Square event, subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier, continued availability of funding, and approval by the Authority. The extension option may be exercised at the Authority's sole discretion and will be on substantially the same terms and conditions as the initial contract period
