DfE, at its sole discretion, has an option to extend until 31 July 2025. in multiples of its choice. Any such extension will be subject to the relevant DfE approvals and notifications.",

The contract has been extended twice for 12 months and 15 months, to align with the academic year, at a contract value of £8 million and £10 million respectively. The contract is due to end in July 2022. \n\n          \nThe new contract will continue to deliver the aims of the AMSP and is expected to begin on 1 Jul 2022, running for two years, with the option to extend by a further year until 31 July 2025.     "reviewDetails": "The Authority will incorporate a voluntary minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point\ninformation on the award of the Contract is communicated to tenderers. Applicants who are unsuccessful\nshall be informed by the Authority as soon as possible after the decision has been made as to the reasons\nwhy the Applicant was unsuccessful. Anticipated contract award will take place around April 2022 with contracts commencement in July 2022. \n\n          \nOn 17th August 2021, we will be holding an online event for prospective bidders and to share more detail.  \n\n          \nWe would like to use this online event to introduce and explain our policy intentions and seek the input and expertise from the sector to help develop our delivery options. We are keen to speak to as many organisations as possible, and therefore we will be limiting attendance at the online event to two representatives per organisation. In order to help further inform the options available for the delivery of the Maths Programmes, the Department is also seeking market input to this process via a questionnaire, which we encourage all interested suppliers to complete.
