What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionBinfield Parish Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design, supply and installation of accessibility and inclusion improvements at the following three Council open spaces:
- Foxley Fields
- Wicks Green / Silver Jubilee

The Council is seeking to appoint one contractor to deliver the project across all three sites under a single contract. The Council wishes to improve the accessibility, inclusivity and overall quality of these spaces so that they can be used and enjoyed by a wider range of residents. This is an outcome-led, design-led tender. The Council is not prescribing a fixed schedule of equipment but is inviting proposals which respond to the site conditions, project aims and available budget. - Price carries 45 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4.5 points. Quality carries 55 of 100: the paper moves it further than the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
