        "description": "Early Market Engagement – Expression of Interest (EOI)\nThe Authority is seeking early engagement with industry in relation to an upcoming competition. Suppliers are invited to review the draft Statement of Requirements and provide high level feedback via the accompanying Expression of Interest (EOI) form.\nThe purpose of this EOI is to:\n•\tassess the level of genuine market interest in the requirement;\n•\tidentify any early risks, concerns, or opportunities prior to launching the formal competition;\n•\tunderstand potential cost drivers and delivery models; and\n•\tensure the requirement is structured in a way that supports a fair, open and competitive procurement process.\nParticipation in this EOI is entirely voluntary and will not be used in any pre qualification or down selection process. The event will be recorded and a copy made available through the TacSys Service Executive Industry Engagement channel. \nThis event follows on from the Land Equipment (LE) Tactical Communications Information Systems (TacCIS) Programme and TacSys SE Industry Day held on 22nd January 2025. For more information on this channel please email emma.monteith100@mod.gov.uk and  UKStratCom-DD-CM-HW-TS-TCLS@mod.gov.uk .  \nThe aim of this PME event is to commence a conversation between the TacSys SE team and Industry partners on the strategy for the TCLS requirement, which will seek to deliver a support solution for the UK MOD’s tactical communication capabilities. Our relationship with our Industry partners is critical to achieve this. \nWe are running this event using Microsoft TEAMS. We may need to limit the number of attendees per company to accommodate attendance from as many different organisations as possible. If oversubscribed, the following criteria will be applied to down select attendees:  \na. Minimise numbers of representation from within the same business unit within a company.  \nb. Target companies that have the capability to support this type of contract.  It should be noted that non-attendance at this event does not preclude organisations from any potential future TacSys SE procurement activities or events. Information shared at this event will be available to attendees and, upon request, to appropriately cleared organisations.  \nRegistration will close at 1700hrs on 9th October 2025. Additional detailed information and joining instructions will be sent out to successful attendees by 13th October 2025. \nNeither the presentation nor discussions constitute any form of pre-qualification exercise. Any formal procurement process will be undertaken in accordance with the relevant Procurement Law.
