xi. Smoke control systems (example: Automatic Opening Vents AOVs)

xii. Emergency voice communication systems (example: disables refuge systems)

xvii. Fire and smoke curtains and shutters Additional information: The anticipated contract value is based upon the initial five year term of the Contract.

Extensions: It is intended that the contract will commence in May, 2022, and run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by Look Ahead, for an extension of up to a further one year plus one year.
