Coverage: 8 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The purpose of this PIN is to obtain a better understanding of market capability and service solutions to cover the goods and service requirements. PIN without call for competition only at this stage. This PIN is to alert and gauge the market and provide a conduit for a potential service provider to express their interest. Thames Valley Police are approaching the market in order to seek a potential solution to manage our ad-hoc/non-contracted spend on items of clothing and equipment including tailoring and loan** services. (**to be confirmed) We are looking to pare down our supplier base and reduce transactional costs by providing a “one stop shop” single supplier/master vendor for the supply of clothing and uniform/equipment not covered under existing contracts. Ad-hoc/non-contracted items can be low value; high value; Police specific or generic. Please express your interest via the EU Supply portal
