- Suitability
Suppliers need to be familiar with PD 5500.
Suppliers will need to pass this Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process before being invited to Tender (RFP).
- Economic & financial standing
Financial stability will be assessed at the RFP stage.
Minimum: Dun and Bradstreet Financial Check - risk of failure needs to be 1 or 2 (minimum risk/lower than average risk). Additional financial guarantees may be required in the event of lower scores.
