PAS 2035 provides a specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings, and details best practice guidance for domestic retrofit projects. The works will include but are not limited to the following.\n•\tExternal Wall Insulation\n•\tInternal Wall Insulation\n•\tCavity Wall Insulation\n•\tLoft Insulation\n•\tFlat Roof Replacements\n•\tPitched Roof Replacement\n•\tWindow and Door Replacements\n•\tSmart Thermostat Installation\n•\tVentilation Upgrades\n•\tNight Storage Heater Installations\n•\tAir Source Heat Pump Installations\n•\tGround Source Heat Pump Installations\n•\tPhotovoltaic Panel Installations\nThe initial 2-year contract will be based in the Midlands and is made up of 410 properties of which 160 will be funded by SHDF wave 2.1 funding. (Funding secured = £2.1M). The contract will also be made available to future program requirements across Orbit’s regional coverage.\nAlthough the initial intention is to deliver the works in Orbit’s Wave SHDF 2.1 bid, there will be further works which may be funded by ECO 4 or fully funded by Orbit. The intention is to enter into a long-term partnering agreement with the winning Principal Contractor who will have the ability and expertise to enhance our access to further funding options.",
