This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on Friday 14th March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/>The relevant Authority is of the view, taking into account likely providers and all relevant information available to it at this time that it has identified the most suitable providers for these Lots with the exception of the ESS Peterborough service in Lot 3 for which further information is still being sought. <br/>Each of the 5 key criteria were balanced with equal priority and considered on this basis. Following provider assessments, it was agreed that the providers are capable of meeting the service specifications, guidance and requirements.<br/>This decision has been made as per NHS England governance processes, by National Commissioning Group on 4th March 2025. No conflicts of interest were identified.<br/>Please contact Anna Salt with any written representations, ensuring the following details are referenced:<br/>Project reference: C324785<br/>Project title: Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway Services<br/>If no representations are received before midnight on Friday 14th March 2025, the standstill period will come to an end and the relevant authority can proceed with contract awards.<br/><br/>Please note that contract values are estimates based on the current contract value so may be subject to change over the life of the contract.<br/><br/>Please also note that the provider assessments for the ESS Peterborough Service which was included in Lot 3 of this MSP Process have not yet concluded and further information is still being sought. A further award notice will be published if a contract award is possible once provider assessments can be completed.
