Coverage: 76 active published awards; 5 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The NHS Health Check is a core component of England’s cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevention programme and invites eligible adults aged 40 – 74 years for a free check every 5 years. The DHSC is looking to establish a single supplier framework to deliver an end-to-end home blood testing (Cholesterol and HbA1c) service through the digital NHS Health Check platform. The framework will be used by local authorities in England. Integration with the NHS Health Check will be an essential aspect of the service. The DHSC is leading on the procurement and will be the framework administrator. The contracting authorities will be all Local Authorities in England. This is not a call for competition, but an opportunity to gather feedback to better understand market capabilities, refine the procurement strategy, and encourage supplier engagement. Interested parties can access the relevant documents via the Atamis system at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome using the contract reference. Suppliers may also submit the completed questionnaire through Atamis but must be registered on the system to do so. Alternatively, questionnaires can be submitted by email to ccsinbox@dhsc.gov.uk, quoting “NHS Health Check Online” no later than 25/06/2025 5pm.
