Home Group is seeking to appoint providers to deliver its Grounds Maintenance and Extra Works Contracts. This is across all Home Group tenure types including Supported, Leasehold and General Needs.

This is split up into Lots (GM in a lot name denotes Grounds Maintenance Works and EW in a Lot name denotes Extra Works).

In relation to Extra Works Lots (Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24), bidders can apply for a maximum of 3 of Lots: In conjunction with bidding for a maximum of 3 of the Extra Works Lots bidders can apply for any other GM Lots.
