Published requirement descriptionRBFA is seeking to appoint a new service provider (Contractor) to provide planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC, Gas Safety Installations and Inspections including plumbing services where this does not form part of a building maintenance project. The service provider (Contractor) will provide the service across the property portfolio. The final contract will be awarded as a JCT 2016 measured term contract.
