This PIN is for information only, and the purpose is to inform the market of upcoming buyer further competition opportunities (tenders) through the RM6241 Housing Maintenance & Repair DPS. It is hoped that with increased visibility of the opportunities through the agreement, it will give suppliers plenty of time to onboard to the DPS and be able to take part in these fantastic tendering opportunities. For the avoidance of doubt, the further competition opportunities are being procured through the RM6241 Housing Maintenance & Repair DPS but the contract will be with the individual buyers and not Crown Commercial Service. Buyers within the next 4-12 weeks will be coming to market, through the DPS, with the following further competition opportunities: Planned Maintenance & Repair Services - London - Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex Potential tenders may be combined with a reactive maintenance requirement, looking to tender Aug 23, value c. £60m per annum. Reactive Repairs & Maintenance - Midlands, including Nottingham/Leicestershire - South West - London - Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex Potential tenders including shorter & longer term (5-7 years) looking to come to market June/July 23 Void Property Services - Midlands, including Nottingham/Leicestershire - South West - London General Builds Multiple Locations (Tendering within the next 2 months) Doors & Windows (Replacement & Repairs) Midlands and North & South London - 24 month contract. Looking to tender June/July 23 Painting & Decorating Multiple Locations (Tendering within the next 2 months) Potential tenders including shorter & longer term contracts (5-7 years) looking to come to market June 23 – July 23 onwards.
