Cyhoeddodd Adnodd hysbysiad ar eu gwefan yn hysbysebu'r cyfle. Gellir dod o hyd i'r wybodaeth drwy'r ddolen ganlynol: https://adnodd.gov.wales/commissioning/commissioning-opportunities/commissioning-opportunities/ Mae'r rownd gomisiynu hon yn cynnig cyfle cytundeb sylweddol. Bydd Adnodd yn ystyried cynigion sydd yn darparu cyfres lawn o adnoddau yn unig. Ni fydd Adnodd yn edrych i ddyfarnu contractau lluosog i fwy nag un cyflenwr i ddarparu’r adnoddau hyn fesul pwnc. Mae’r contract ar gyfer cynhyrchu, gwerthu a chyflenwi cyfres gyflawn o lyfrau. Gall cyflenwyr edrych i ffurfio partneriaethau gyda sefydliadau eraill, fodd bynnag, rhaid bod un sefydliad arweiniol a fydd â chyfrifoldeb cyffredinol am y Cais a’r contract dilynol. Bydd y llyfrau yn cael eu cynhyrchu a’u cyhoeddi i’w gwerthu. Dylai pris gwerthu pob teitl fod yn fforddiadwy. Wrth gyflwyno ymatebion, bydd angen i gynigwyr ddangos sut y maen nhw’n bwriadu cyfrifo incwm posib o werthiannau amcangyfrifiedig, a dangos sut mae’r incwm hwn wedi’i ddidynnu o gyfanswm y gyllideb. Uchafswm y gyllideb sydd ar gael yw £400,000.00 (gan gynnwys TAW). Fodd bynnag, oherwydd gwerthiant disgwyliedig yr adnoddau, bydd yn ofynnol i gynigwyr ddangos sut y cyfrifwyd yr incwm gwerthiant a ragwelir a sut bydd yr incwm hwn yn cael ei ddidynnu o gostau cyffredinol y prosiect a phris y contract. Er mwyn cefnogi’r cyfrifiad hwn, gall Adnodd/CBAC ddarparu data niferoedd ymgeiswyr i Gynigwyr sydd â diddordeb. Bydd data’r niferoedd hwn yn cael eu cynnwys yn y Fanyleb pan gaiff ei chyhoeddi. Bydd Adnodd yn ariannu adnoddau newydd sydd: yn ddwyieithog (fersiynau Cymraeg a Saesneg) wedi ei hawduro gan addysgwyr, ymarferwyr pwnc arbenigol, arholwyr a/neu ymgynghorwyr sy’n cynnig cwmpas cwricwlwm cynhwysfawr, canllawiau sgaffaldiau a chymorth asesu gwerthfawr ac arloesol i ddysgwyr wedi eu cymeradwyo gan CBAC wedi’i datblygu, eu cyhoeddi ac ar gael erbyn 1 Tachwedd 2027 Rhaid i’r adnoddau fod ar ffurf print; fodd bynnag, gellir cynnwys deunyddiau digidol fel rhan o gais ar yr amod bod cyfiawnhad clir, wedi’i gefnogi gan dystiolaeth glir o angen. Bydd Adnodd yn cynnal dau weminar ymgysylltu cyn farchnad ar-lein i rannu manylion pellach am y cyfle cyffrous hwn. Cynigir yr un sesiwn ddwywaith, a dylai cyflenwyr fynychu un sesiwn yn unig. The information can be found via the following link: https://adnodd.gov.wales/commissioning/commissioning-opportunities/commissioning-opportunities/ This commission offers a substantial contract opportunity. Adnodd will only consider bids that deliver a full suite of resources. Adnodd will not look to award multiple contracts to more than one supplier to deliver these resources per subject. The contract is for the production, sale and delivery of a complete series of books. Suppliers can look to form partnerships with other specialist organisations, however there must be a single lead organisation who will have overall responsibility for the Bid and subsequent contract. The books will be produced and available for sale. The RRP of each title should be competitive and affordable. The maximum available budget is £400,000.00 (inc. VAT). However, due to the anticipated sale of the resources, Bidders will be required to demonstrate how projected sales income has been calculated and how this income will be deducted from the overall project costs and contract price. To support this calculation, Adnodd/WJEC can provide candidature data to interested Bidders. These figures will be included within the Specification document when it is published. Adnodd will be looking to fund new resources that are:  bilingual (Welsh and English versions)  written by educators, expert subject practitioners, examiners and/or consultants offering comprehensive curriculum coverage, scaffolded guidance and valuable and innovative assessment support for learners endorsed by WJEC  developed and available by 1 November 2027  Resources must be in print format; however, digital materials may also be included in proposals provided there is clear justification, supported by compelling evidence of need. Adnodd will be holding two online pre-market engagement webinars to share further details of this exciting opportunity. The same session will be offered twice, and bidders should only attend one session.
