This UK2 Preliminary Market Engagement Notice relates to Gentoo's Construction Consultancy Framework; 2027 - 2031. The Framework will support the delivery of Gentoo Group's capital investment, asset management, compliance, development, property maintenance and building safety programmes across its housing portfolio. Gentoo Group Limited is seeking to establish a Framework of suitably qualified construction-related consultants covering the following disciplines: Lot 1a - Clerk of Works Lot 1b - Clerk of Works (High-Rise) Lot 1c - Clerk of Works (Development/New Build) Lot 2a - M&E Engineer Lot 2b - M&E Engineer (High-Rise) Lot 2c - M&E Engineer (Development /New Build) Lot 3a - Principal Designer CDM Lot 3b - Principal Designer CDM (High-Rise) Lot 3c - Principal Designer CDM (Development/New Build) Lot 3d - Principal Designer BSA Lot 3e - Principal Designer BSA (High-Rise) Lot 3f - Principal Designer BSA (Development/New Build) Lot 4a - Project Manager Lot 4b - Project Manager (High-Rise) Lot 5 - Structural Engineer Lot 6 - Employer's Agent Further details regarding the Framework structure, evaluation methodology, call-off arrangements and lot requirements will be provided within the tender documentation. We currently anticipate publishing the tender opportunity in November 2026, with the Framework expected to go live in May/June 2027, subject to internal approvals and procurement timescales.
