The scope of works will include the completion of works relating to flat and pitch roofing. Work will include roof insulation at rafter and ceiling level and ancillary works including roofline drainage and installation of rainwater goods.

The scope of work includes redecoration internally and externally, installation or renewal of communal flooring and installation or upgrade to communal and emergency lighting.

The scope of works will include the completion of fire precaution and prevention works which include the installation of fire doors, smoke seals, intumescent strips and fire signage.

This lot is seeking to appoint Principal Contractors or Management Contractors that can undertake the works directly or through their supply chain.
The scope of works will include kitchen installation, bathroom installation, heating installation, electrical installation, window and door installation, roofing works, brickwork, masonry and general building work.
The works will be awarded on a project by project basis and may include large block refurbishments or a whole house approach to a specified amount of dwellings.

The scope of work will include the completion of a range of external improvement works to include the creation, upgrade, repair and maintenance of play areas, car parks, paths, roads, fencing, gates, walls, porches, soft landscaping and other associated works.
