The service is to include the gritting of the carpark and the footpath to the entrance of the building and snow clearance of the same. The Contract is to be for an initial period of 3 years from award Contract, with options entirely at the discretion of the Council to extend Contract for a further 2 periods of twelve Months each.

This exercise is being used to determine the potential for any possible future contracts and their estimated value. This market engagement exercise does not guarantee the commencement of a commercial competition resulting in monetary income or future outlay.
