WYFRS is the fourth largest Fire and Rescue Service in the country serving a diverse population of 2.2 million people across 800 square miles. WYFRS serves a population of more than two million people, spread over almost 800 square miles, providing emergency cover 24-hours a day, every day of the year.At this time, WYFRS would like to understand the markets interest and its capacity to bid and deliver the contract. A brief, but non-exhaustive list of the key requirements are as follows: The Telematics system is to provide a number of essential and desirable core functionality to meet the needs of WYFRS. These requirements will be provided in the tender documentation upon publication but may include, but not limited to: Vehicle activity, trip information e.g. miles travelled and fuel consumption, fuel costs, fleet information, risks, emissions, reports, KPI’s, automatic reporting.The tender is to be issued approx. June 2024, with a contract start date of approx. November 2024. The contract will be in place for a minimum of 3 years, with optional +1 and +1 years (Maximum 5 years total).
