Coverage: 16 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This will be a housing related supported housing project for care experienced young people aged 16 to 18, of either gender, with no dependent children. It is a high intensity supported housing project, consisting of 5 units of supported accommodation which will be staffed 24 hours a day, with post move on floating housing related support for up to 6 months.
