About this data
  • Source. Official UK public procurement notices (Find a Tender), reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0. New notices arrive through the day; the figures are rebuilt nightly.
  • Two views, kept apart. The authority’s own track record and the wider market for the same kind of work sit side by side and are never mixed. Where the local picture is too thin, a figure widens to a broader market and says which one it used.
  • Forecasts are labelled. The price forecast and its range, possible competitors and the earlier-work matches are our estimates from past awards: not published facts, not win chances and not price advice. Official notices do not say who is bidding.
  • Every figure shows what it rests on. Not every notice publishes a bid count, a value or a delivery region, so each figure carries the number of records behind it, and one built on few records is marked as such. The on a figure explains it; the counting rules are in the methodology. Spotted something wrong? Tell us.

North East Lincolnshire Borough Council's Housing Related Support (HRS) service is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement, to enable the sharing of insights gathered as part of a discovery project completed in early 2025, and to discuss the perspectives of organisations within the HRS market, and local housing, housing support and support providers regarding HRS provision.

This is first of what may be a series of PME activities to shape our future HRS requirement prior to re-procurement.

We would like to invite organisations to a collaborative workshop focused on shaping the future of Housing Related Support (HRS) in North East Lincolnshire. HRS is a short-term support service currently offered to residents in our borough. Its aim is to equip individuals with the skills to manage their home well, with the ultimate goal of reducing reliance on homelessness services. However, we recognise that the current offer may no longer fully meet the needs of our community. To ensure any future commissioning reflects local needs and insights, we are bringing together housing and support providers from across the borough to explore what a refreshed HRS offer could look like.

    Workshop Details :

    Date/Location 4th December 2025, 13:00 pm, Centre4 Wootton Hall, Wootton Road, Nunsthorpe, Grimsby, DN33 1HE.

Providers are invited to review further information and submit a questionnaire which is available on the Council's procurement portal YORtender web address: yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp ↗ under reference 105217
