Coverage: 1 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Sheffield City Council is seeking to appoint a concessionaire to design, deliver and operate an e-bike hire scheme across the city, providing an additional mode of sustainable and active travel for residents and visitors. The proposed scheme will provide e-bikes suitable for Sheffield's hilly topography. E-bikes will be hired from designated parking locations, including marked bays and/or physical infrastructure such as racks or docks, to support the effective management of cycle parking and the safety of pedestrians and other road users. The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the scheme, including customer services, technology platforms and associated infrastructure. The procurement is being conducted using a Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023
