Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This opportunity relates to the replacement of the Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF), Pavement Delivery Framework (PDF) and could also include smaller contracts such as Technical, Surveys and Testing (TST) contracts.
SDF and PDF are currently made up of different suppliers from specialist disciplines who work collaboratively to deliver network improvement and maintenance schemes in all regions of England. The TST contracts are individual contracts that currently contribute to the success of scheme information for both SDF and PDF.
All of these frameworks and contracts enable National Highways to deliver renewals and small improvements across a range of activities, including substantial civil and structural works, pavement, barriers and drainage, traffic management activities and design services for a range of projects.
Scheme Delivery Framework 2 (SDF2) will cover the Strategic Road Network (SRN), which is one of the biggest and most important pieces of infrastructure in the country. It comprises more than 4500 miles of motorways and major A roads which are at the core of our national transport system.
National Highways is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects that meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders and customers. SDF has successfully facilitated numerous projects, and we are now preparing to develop the replacement to further improve the SRN.
