What is being bought
Salvation Army Housing Association (saha) manages over 4,000 units of general needs, supporting and older people's housing throughout England. It is looking for contractors to provide responsive maintenance and repairs to empty homes (voids). The contract will be divided into 7 regional Lots with a single contractor in each region.
