Coverage: 7 active published awards; 7 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The purpose of this consultation is to engage with local suppliers, SME's and wider construction builders and specialist trades to raise awareness of the upcoming opportunity to apply for a place on the Council's minor works framework - Rotherham Construction Partnership, 5th Iteration (RCP5).
The framework is valued in excess of £100,000,000 and will be open for use to all other public sector bodies in Yorkshire and Humber and the North East of England.
The framework will comprise of 12 lots as follows:
- Flat Roofing
- Pitched Roofing
- Demolition
- Building Works including refurbishment, extensions and new build (5 value range lots up to £4million)
- Structural Repairs
- Mechanical Installations and Repairs
- Electrical Installation and Repairs
- Housing Adaptations/Disabled Facilities Extensions
The Council is looking to appoint up to 10 contractors to each lot.
Through this consultation the Council will set out the expected procurement plan and supplier assessment requirements in order to explore interest in the replacement framework and determine what factors the Council need to consider for the re-procurement and what would remove any barriers for the supply market, or could be opportunities for the Council to consider.
Please register on the YORtender platform (https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER) and express an interest in project ID 88370 to download the full information and questionnaire.
