    "description": "Sovereign Network  Homes is seeking to appoint 2 experienced and suitably qualified providers to our Retrofit Works Contracts .These contracts will be split into two Lots:\nLot 1 Hertford and Surrounding arears. \nLot 2 London (mainly in LB Brent)\nThe works required by this Contract include but are not restricted to:\n•External and cavity wall insulation\n•Loft insulation\n•Floor and internal wall insulation\n•Mechanical and passive ventilation\n•Mechanical heating and solar thermal installation\n• Related external Works and any other planned/cyclical decoration works\n• Access / Scaffolding\n• Asbestos surveys and tests if required.\nThis list is not exhaustive but is provided as an indication of works that may be instructed under this Contract",
