What is being bought
UK Parliament is shortly going to be conducting a Request for Information exercise to obtain feedback from prospective Bidders on the Authority's proposed service model and commercial approach.
The information gathered from this exercise will inform the Authority's procurement strategy and enable the refinement of requirements such that when the tender is launched (targetting Summer 2026), prospective Bidders can be prepared for the opportunity, and can submit a competitive tender response.

An RFI questionnaire is intended to be launched in mid-March (w/c 16th March), and will invite feedback on the following: 1. Booking, Ticketing and Visitor Experience 2. Event and Lifecycle Management 3. Payments and Financial Integrations 4. Managing Visitor Relationships 5. Data Analytics and Reporting Whilst this RFI is not due to be launched until mid-March, the Authority is inviting early expressions of interest to receive the RFI. The deadline for registration is 17:00 on Monday 30th March.
