Procedure rationale SureCampus is uniquely positioned to partner with the University to provide technical services to migrate and maintain the system. Their multi-skilled team covers Cloud migration, Oracle support and have extensive experience of the Quercus system. Many of the team formerly worked at CampusIT and Ellucian and know the system at the USW in great detail. SureCampus has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Quercus Admissions Plus, which will enable them to support the critical system processes that will run through Quercus Admissions. SureCampus is uniquely positioned to partner with the University to provide technical support to teams within the university. Their multi-skilled team covers Cloud migration, Oracle support and have extensive experience of the Quercus system. f we do not engage SureCampus to assist with further upgrades of the Quercus Software, then the University is at risk of not being able to upgrade or run its core student record system, which would put key student administrative processes at risk, such as Admissions, Assessment Boards, Award Boards, enrolment and graduation, thus impacting student experience and recruitment. Upgrades are also essential for being able to undertake statutory reporting. There are no other suppliers with the level of knowledge, skill and resource availability to provide the services required.
