Provision of Catering and Cleaning Services

As a result of the current contract expiring, CITB wishes to invite tenders for the appointment of an external service provider to manage and operate the following services at designated locations within their estate. The tender will be split into Lots. Bidders will be able to bid on one or more Lots. Lot 1 - Catering inc. Hospitality, Retail and Vending 1.1 – National Construction College (East), Bircham Newton , Kings Lyn, Norfolk, PE31 6RH 1.2 - National Construction College (South), Manor Road, Erith, Kent, DA8 2AD 1.3 - National Construction College (Scotland), 4 Fountain Avenue Estate, Inchinnan, Renfrew, PA4 9RQ For the avoidance of doubt, CITB reserve the right to split the Contract award of each site within a Lot across different bidders. For example Lot 1 – Catering, the Bircham site may be awarded to Bidder A, the Erith site may be awarded to Bidder B, and the Inchinnan site is awarded to Bidder C. Alternatively CITB may award all 3 sites to one Supplier. CITB are looking to appoint an experienced and highly competent Supplier/s from the 1st January 2023 for a five year period, during which time the contractor will be expected to deliver a cost effective and professional service, developing the business to reduce the cost to the lowest possible levels whilst maintaining excellent standards of operation.
