Coverage: 71 active published awards; 71 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to commission a supplier for a Residential Solar collective buying scheme across West Yorkshire. This project is in support of The Combined Authority’s strategic target to be net-zero carbon by 2038. The scheme will drive down the cost through collective purchasing of solar panels and accelerate the deployment of these technologies across the region, providing the homeowner with a financially viable and fast-tracked solution delivering on the Combined Authority’s net zero targets. The supplier will be expected to run a marketing campaign and identify properties that will help maximize program and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) outputs for the Combined Authority. They will deliver the installations to a high standard and ensure a timely rectification of any defects following the installations, as well as providing good customer service post installation.
