- Genetic Counsellor Appointments for Positive Variant Carriers — Patients identified as positive variant carriers must be offered a telephone appointment with a Genetic Counsellor within x week of being informed of their result.
- Downstream Referrals — Referrals to the patient’s local Clinical Genetics Service and any relevant screening services must be completed within x week of informing the patient that they are a positive variant carrier.
- Data Management and GP Notification — Relevant patient data must be uploaded to national registries (including NICPR and Lynch registries) and the patient's GP notified within x week of the patient being informed of their result.
