Coverage: 14 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

7 Nov 2025, 23:59 GMT · scheduledNECTAR (North East & Cumbria Transport And Retrieval) provides critical care transport across the North East, the United Kingdom and overseas, delivering intensive care to more than 1,000 adult and paediatric patients. The service is looking for an electronic patient record (EPR) to manage the entire clinical pathway. It must enable intuitive clinical documentation, mobile and offline access, safe and auditable electronic prescribing, and where the system will be designed to support adaptability for future service and regulatory changes. We are looking for an established system, ready to implement, and preferably in use in a similar service. The Trust is undertaking pre-market engagement in order to gain initial supplier awareness, engagement, and opinion as well as providing confidence to the Trust around viability of concept. The engagement includes a list of high level requirements which will be sent via email to prospective suppliers. If you're interested in partaking in the Pre-Market Engagement, please make digital correspondence to the contact details provided by 07/11/2025. Please Note: • This is not a call for tender and does not obligate the Trust to start a future procurement process. • Participation or non-participation will not prevent a supplier from participating in a future procurement process. • Any information provided is indicative and the Trust reserves the right to make changes. • The Trust will not be liable for any costs incurred by suppliers participating in the engagement exercise. • Any demonstrations may be possible at the Trusts discretion upon arrangement only.
