    "description": "Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to engage with the market to better understand potential options for a potential Scaffolding Contract. The scope of work may include, but not be limited to the following:\n-\tHire of scaffolding materials\n-\tDesign of scaffolding\n-\tSupply of scaffolding\n-\tConstruction of scaffolding\n-\tDismantling of scaffolding\nWCBC’s aim is to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a comprehensive scaffolding service across the entirety of Wrexham County Borough. Scaffolding will be procured for a variety of tasks including carrying out maintenance to residential buildings and blocks. It is likely that the focus of the Contract will be on the WCBC’s residential estate, although its commercial estate will likely be covered by the proposed contract.
