What is being bought

Incommunities is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Occupational Health Services, supporting the health and wellbeing of approximately 1,000 colleagues. Incommunities' core purpose is to provide high-quality homes, services, and support our customers. We manage more than 22,000 homes across Yorkshire - predominately within the Bradford district - and we are proud to work collaboratively with our customers, communities, and local partners to achieve this. We employ around 1,000 colleagues. Over the next four years, we will be focusing on improving key performance indicators related to sickness absence, strengthening our organisation-wide approach to wellbeing, and streamlining our wellbeing benefits and support services to ensure maximum return on investment. The current Occupational Health (OH) service is delivered through an external service provider

Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 85. The category anchor is Health services (85100000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Price-outcome signal

Not enough comparable procedures currently publish both a GBP tender value and a usable lowest-valid-bid value to calculate a responsible price-reduction benchmark. Tenderline deliberately does not infer a saving from named award suppliers or from missing award values.
