What is being bought

Published requirement description

GLF Schools seeks to procure a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution, supported by Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities, to provide continuous threat monitoring, investigation, detection, and response capabilities across its digital estate.

The Contract is required for a period of 3 years from 1st January 2027 with the option to extend for a further 2 years, ie a 3+2 year contract.

Published amendments (6)

Version 1 of the Clarifications Log has been uploaded, providing answers to questions raised by potential tenderers so far.

Version 2 of the Clarifications Log containing answers to further questions made by suppliers, is being uploaded.

Version 3 of the Clarifications Log has been uploaded, together with revised versions of Appendices 1, 6 and 7. The changes to these 3 appendices are naming conventions only.

V4 of the Clarifications Log has been uploaded, together with an amended Appendix 3 (Mandatory Requirements). The amendment made to Appendix 3 relates to the requirement for references, which can now be from multi-site educational, public sector or regulated environments, ie in line with MQ07. To reflect this change, question 15 in the Clarifications Log has also been updated in V4.

V5 of the Clarifications Log has been uploaded. This contains answers to questions which WERE submitted within the specified timescales, but the answers were inadvertently omitted from V4 of the log. No other changes have been made.
