Published requirement descriptionLyme Valley Parkway is neighbourhood park within the borough of Newcastle under Lyme. The area in the park allocated for the project is an existing BMX track which is reaching the end of its useful life and part of the skate park, it was agreed to install a new pump track to replace this facility with Lyme Valley Parkway. In addition to the new pump track, a seating area is to be included.

- Lyme Valley Parkway Pumptrack: The tender price accounts for 40% of the overall score. When the total cost of each bid has been established these costs should be converted to a score of 100. All other bids should be scored using the formula.
- Lyme Valley Parkway Pumptrack: > Provision of three examples of projects that have been undertaken with a similar budget/similar timeframes. (weighting 20%). > Provision of two examples of previous consultations with user groups / residents and how the outcomes were addressed in the designs. (weighting 20%). > Examples of how you will undertake the consultation as outlined in the project scope. (weighting 30%). > Provision of a sketch design of the proposed scheme. (weighting 30%)
