Published requirement descriptionPlatform are looking to engage in pre-market engagement for three workstreams ahead of re-procuring our Legionella Surveying, Testing and Repairs.
Workstream 1: Legionella risk assessments

Workstream 3: Remote monitoring
We do not know yet whether these workstreams will turn into 3 individual Lots, or whether they will be merged into 1 or 2. We will use the pre-market engagement to inform this decision.

of a questionnaire we invite interested parties to 45 minute teams meetings to discuss the two workstreams. We are particularly interested in understanding the remote monitoring. Platform have not previously used remote monitoring and therefore would like to understand it more. Any information gathered as part of the pre-market will be used to inform our specification. Workstream specific, the areas we are interested in for these meetings are: W2 - On site monitoring and remedial works: • How do ensure that monitoring taking place covers all parts of the system? • How do you ensure that exceptions raised are accurate and relevant? • What's your system in place to ensure that the correct checks are undertaken on the correct frequency? W3 - Remote monitoring: • How does your remote monitoring system meet the needs of legionella monitoring on site? • Can your system do anything other than temperature monitoring? • What are the key components required both on site and desktop based for your system to work? • How does your system communicate from site?
