        "description": "The Briefing is scheduled to be held at RAF High Wycombe, Thursday 23 April 26, within the Spitfire Auditorium located on Site 1. It is planned to start at 13:00, consisting of several briefs with time for questions and discussion as required. The planned dates are subject to change, further briefings beyond this date will be arranged at the discretion of the Authority.\nThis RFI will be utilised by the Authority to collect Expressions of Interest from potential providers who wish to take part in the Security Briefing. \nInterested parties wishing to attend the event on Thursday 23 April 26 should respond no later than Fri 3 April 26; any response received post this deadline will not be accepted. Industry attendance is limited to one attendee per company on an enterprise basis with the requirement for confirmation of extant Security Clearance. To attend the Security Brief, all personnel will require Security Clearance at SC and have no restrictions attached to their clearance. \nWhen expressing an interest, the below information must be provided to ensure relevant passes can be requested by the host and must to be sent to Air-Joint-CUAS-Office@mod.gov.uk by the date stated above. Please use ‘JCO Security Briefing Day’ as the Subject to ensure that correspondence is allocated correctly from the shared inbox:\n• Title/Rank (as applicable)\n• Full Name\n• Company\n• Nationality\n• Security Clearance details including Date of Birth (to be provided by the Company Security Officer)\n• Email address of attendee (for pre-briefing correspondence)\n• Vehicle Make, Model, Colour and VRN (if visiting via car)\n• Following feedback from previous Security Briefing Days, a summary (approx. 100-200 words) of your company/organisation. These will be collated into a ‘Who’s Who’ of attendees to enable collaboration. (Optional)\nFollowing completion of the Expression of Interest period, the Security Briefing agenda, arrival instructions and attendee requirements will be issued. The final discretion for any attendees at the briefing event will rest with the Authority and due to the limit on numbers, Expression of Interest does not automatically guarantee a place.\nFor any interested parties without extant Security Clearance that wish to attend either this or subsequent events the Authority may be able to offer an alternative briefing at a classification of Official. Any parties requiring advice on this matter should contact Air-Joint-CUAS-Office@mod.gov.uk giving brief details of previously held clearances (if any) and further guidance will be provided. This will be at the Authority's discretion. Additional information: This advertised Security Brief does not indicate any formal intention by the Authority to enter into a tender/bid process and does not represent any formal commitment. All costs associated with attending the Briefings are the sole responsibility of the respondent."
