Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 36 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleAmplius North previously Longhurst Group have been working with AGS Tech Ltd since a call off agreement was entered into for over 5 years providing door entry and access control services to our various properties. On natural termination of the Framework call off agreement Amplius will be awarding a short term contract due to an established relationships with AGS Tech, good performance over the years and always meeting our expectations with proven technical capabilities and robust experience coupled with in-depth understanding of Amplius asset stocks within the Central and North region which a new provider will not be able to immediately replicate due to the critical nature of these services in maintaining secure and compliant access across Amplius sites, continuity of service is essential to avoid operational disruption and potential security risk whilst we transition to a new provider in November 2026.
