Coverage: 36 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleAmplius opted for Energ.B Limited based on the followings:
Additional works has become paramount due to Telecare BT Analogue to Digital Switchover deadline of Jan 2027 that requires an upgrade of the emergency call systems from Analogue to Digital in majority of our sheltered schemes
Amplius South previously Grand Union Housing have been working with Energb Ltd for over 5 years providing door entry and access control services to our various properties. There has been an established relationships with Energb with excellent performance over the years and always meeting our expectations with proven technical capabilities and robust experience coupled with in-depth understanding of Amplius asset stocks within the South which a new provider will not be able to immediately replicate due to time constraint for these installations to commence.
As one of the incumbent Supplies to Amplius, Energb Ltd is required to continue providing the service for operational continuity to avoids the disruption and technical difficulties whilst we transition to a new provider in November 2026. |
