        "description": "This project will deliver feedback forums with individuals living in West Sussex who are currently experiencing or have recently experienced (within the past three years), gambling-related harm. This includes people who have gambled themselves, as well as family members or friends affected by someone else’s gambling. Participants may or may not have received formal treatment or support.<br/><br/>These forums will provide information to West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Public Health for a Gambling Harms Needs Assessment. They will help to understand the scale and impact of gambling-related harm and inform the development of a coordinated local prevention response. Additional information: This notice IS NOT the commencement of the procurement procedure, neither is it a call for expressions of interest. This notice is released to gather more information which will be used to further inform our specification.<br/><br/>WSCC is asking interested service providers to request a copy of a draft specification and complete a market engagement questionnaire the results of which will be used to further inform our specification. Please request the draft specification and the market engagement questionnaire via an email to bsdprocurement@westsussex.gov.uk entering ‘Gambling Lived Experience Action Group’ in the subject line.<br/><br/>Interested service providers are also encouraged to register on the WSCC’s e-Tendering portal (with no commitment to bid) to ensure that information for future requirements is received directly.
