Published requirement descriptionClwydAlyn Housing Association requires an established, competent, and accredited Contractor with a proven track record to provide an inspection, servicing, and reactive response to its fire safety systems installed throughout our stock, which includes automatic fire detection and alarms, portable firefighting equipment (PFE), and disabled refuge communication.
- How the procedure runs: The Authority will use the Competitive Flexible Procedure. Suppliers will be required to submit a written tender, which will be evaluated in accordance with the published criteria. Following evaluation, the Authority intends to shortlist the highest‑scoring suppliers and invite them to an interview/presentation stage. The outcome of this stage will inform the final award decision.
